AHB Tooling & Machinery, Inc. (AHB) was founded in 1995 in
the city of Saginaw, Michigan as American Hack & Band, Inc.
In August 2002, American Hack & Band, Inc.
changed its name to AHB Tooling& Machinery, Inc. to more adequately portray the
“complete metalworking solutions” philosophy we have adopted. We now specialize
in abrasives, Amada bandsaw blades, Mitsubishi indexable tooling, cutting tools,
blaser fluids, filtration systems, waterjet machinery and parts, CNC machining
and turning centers, saw machines, mills, drills, lathes, and sanders. We have become ISO 9001:2000 registered
and have been the recipient of many revenue based and employee based awards.
AHB Tooling & Machinery, Inc. has aggressive
growth plans for the next five years. Gross sales are expected to grow at
10% per year as we focus our sales efforts on the southeastern, mid- and
northeastern portions of Michigan. Both our outside metalworking
specialists and our inside account managers are constantly undergoing rigorous
technical training to help achieve the growth plans.

As a midsize company, AHB can be proactive in operating efficiently and
effectively to meet our customer’s growing needs by seeking out new product
lines and being in a position to supply our current product lines to our

provide individualized, value-added solutions to our customers challenges “at
